Overview
Document Security Synchronizes user and group information registered on the SCI Server with the Security365 management center. By integrating with the SCI Server, it keeps the organization's user/group configuration up to date.
**Reference:**You can only activate one inbound provisioning method. When you enable SCI Server synchronization, other methods (Microsoft365, local Active Directory, CSV directory synchronization) will be disabled.
**Preconditions:**The SCI Server integration settings must be completed. If the integration settings are not configured, synchronization will not be executed.
SCI Server Information

After input**[Integration Test]**Please click the button to check the server connection status.
**Caution:**It is recommended to save after the integration test is successful. If you save in a failed connection state, synchronization may not be executed.
Domain Settings (Optional)
If the user ID of the SCI Server is not in email format (e.g., employee number, English ID), it will be automatically converted to email format when the domain is set.

**Reference:**If you do not set a domain, the ID received from the SCI Server will be registered as is. Please check the ID format of the SCI Server and set it only if necessary.
Set Path Display Reference Group (Optional)
Specifies the group that serves as the reference when displaying the affiliation path of synchronized users in logs and on the screen.
When you activate the checkbox, you can select the reference group.
**Reference:**The SCI Server synchronization is automatically set based on the path by the top-level group, so there is no need to select a group separately.
Automatic Synchronization

- If automatic synchronization is not used,**[Manual Synchronization]**You can press the button to synchronize immediately.
- When using automatic synchronization, synchronization will automatically occur at the set time every day.
- Even during automatic synchronization**[Manual Synchronization]**You can execute it immediately by pressing the button.
Manual Synchronization
After saving the settings, in the inbound provisioning list screen on the SCI Server card**[Manual Synchronization]**Clicking the button will immediately execute the synchronization.
- After synchronization is complete, the success/failure status and completion time will be displayed.
**Caution:**Duplicate execution is not allowed while synchronization is in progress. Please run it again after the previous synchronization is complete.
Synchronization Scope
Synchronization of the SCI Server is transmitted from the linked SCI Server.All User and Group Datareceives. The current product settings do not provide the ability to limit the synchronization scope to specific affiliates or organizational units.
**Reference:**If you need to synchronize only specific organizational units (affiliates, departments, etc.), please contact the responsible team separately.
Cautions
- The synchronization feature can only be used after the SCI Server integration settings are completed.
- Even if you directly modify the synchronized user information in the management center, it will be overwritten with the original information from the SCI Server during the next synchronization execution. If permanent changes are needed, please modify it first on the SCI Server.
- If a manual synchronization is requested while automatic synchronization is in progress, duplicate execution is blocked.
- Only one inbound provisioning method can be activated, and if another method is already activated, it must be used after switching.
